Need Firewood?

Update: The winning bidder provided $500 for the trees which will be used to support the Southworth Park playground. 

The City of Waldport is selling some trees collected from city work in the last couple years. All proceeds from the sale are going to the Southworth Park Playground. 

Bids for the wood should be emailed to dann.cutter@waldport.org or brought to City Hall by the end the October. It’s self-load, split and haul if the bid is accepted. Winning bidder will be notified Nov 2nd.

Wood left on site by the end of November will be either resold or donated. (any commercial outfits must be licensed in the city of Waldport)

This is a ‘no minimum bid’ sale – however, it’s for the playground.
