Schedule, Agendas, Proposed Changes and Applications
ABOUT US
The Planning Commission considers matters dealing with land use as it pertains to the City's Development Code and Oregon State Land Use Laws. The main purpose of the Commission is to review and approve applications for new subdivisions, consider requests for variances from standard development requirements and transportation planning studies and draft amendments to the Development Code. Decisions made by the Planning Commission can be appealed to the City Council. Any Code amendments are always referred to the City Council for consideration.
Planning Commission Meetings are open to the public. The Waldport Planning Commission meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m. The meetings are held in the City Council Meeting Room, 355 Alder Street, unless otherwise noticed.
The Council Meeting Room is accessible to all individuals. If you need special accommodations to attend any of the meetings, please call City Hall, (541) 563-3561, during normal office hours.
