Notice is hereby given that a possible quorum of the Waldport City Council may be present at the aforementioned public gatherings.
While a quorum of the governing body may be in attendance, no official city/town business will be deliberated, or acted upon. This event is a social and/or ceremonial function ONLY. Because no formal action or decision-making will occur, no meeting minutes will be taken. This is not a city meeting.
This notice is posted in compliance with Oregon Public meeting Laws to ensure transparency pursuant to ORS 192.690(1)(m).
